The Subject Of The Agreement Is: 1) Granting The Ordering Party A Subscription To The Hr System In The Software As A Service (Saas) Model Along With The Producers Support, In The Scope And Volume Specified In The Opz And Functional Requirements; 2) Providing The Ordering Party With The Hr System In The Production Environment And In Non-Production Environments, Including Development, Testing And Programming Tools For Integration Teams; 3) Provision Of Maintenance, Monitoring, Backup, Security And Support Services For The Hr System Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, In Accordance With The Sla Parameters Indicated In The Agreement; 4) Granting The Ordering Party Rights (License/Subscription) To Use The Hr System Within The Scope Specified In The Agreement; 5) Providing Warranty Services For The Hr System In The Manner Specified In The Agreement And Opz; 6) Providing The Ordering Party With The System Documentation To The Extent Specified In The Agreement, Within The Deadlines Enabling The Implementation Team To Properly Carry Out Its Work.
