Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (Hereinafter Procurement Unit) Organizes A Tender For Open Electricity Supply To The Welfare Areas Of Kanta-Häme And Pirkanmaa And For Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (Hereinafter Collectively Buyer And Separately Customer). The Procurement Includes: - Physical Procurement And Open Delivery Of Electricity - Management Of The Electricity Portfolio And Price Protections - Operational Implementation And Development Of The Energy Procurement Strategy Together With The Buyer - Reporting - Procurement Of Guarantees Of Origin No Derivative Trading Is Carried Out Within The Scope Of The Agreement. The Measure That Ensures The Price Of Electricity Between The Buyer And The Electricity Seller Is Price Fixing. Delivery Is So-Called Open Delivery That Covers All Of The Buyers Electricity Use In The Items Included In The Contract. Employment Positions Can Be Added To Or Removed From The Contract Within The Framework Of Normal Turnover. Each Customer Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Items Included In The Contract Have A Valid Online Contract. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Tender, The Number Of The Buyers Places Of Use Is Approximately 410 And The Estimated Annual Electricity Consumption Is Approximately 84,000 Mwh. Attached To The Tender Request (Appendix 1) Is The Hourly Electricity Consumption Profile Based On The Year 2025. Attached To The Request For Tender (Appendix 2) Is The Energy Procurement Strategy, Which Defines The Most Important Objectives Set For The Purchasers Electricity Procurement, The Risks Related To The Electricity Procurement Model, And The Methods For Implementing Procurement And Risk Management. The Selected Supplier And The Buyer Specify / Develop The Energy Procurement Strategy Together During The Contract Period. The Contract Period Begins When The Procurement Contract Is Signed With The Supplier Selected Based On The Tender. The Physical Delivery Of Electricity To Places Of Use Will Begin On January 1, 2028. The Actual Contract Period Ends On December 31, 2031. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract For Two One-Year (1+1) Option Periods.
