Revision Clauses: Considering That The Award Documentation Contains A Minimum Set Of Specific Information Regarding Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, We Emphasize That These Minimum And Maximum Quantities That The Contracting Authority Establishes Initially In The Award Documentation And Later In The Framework Agreement Represent Estimates Of Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Not The Exact Quantities That Will Be Purchased, The Latter Being Able To Be Smaller, Equal Or Larger Compared To The Estimated Ones, Depending On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. In This Sense, Taking Into Account The Fact That The Effects Of The Framework Agreement Are Mainly Aimed At Establishing The Terms And Conditions That Govern The Public Procurement Contracts To Be Awarded In A Certain Period, Especially With Regard To The Unit Price And, As The Case May Be, The Quantities Considered, Based On Art. 221 Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, The Promisor-Acquirer Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation, Up To A Maximum Of 50% Of The Maximum Value Estimated For The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, Based On This Clause. Considering The Review Clause Above, The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Was Expressed In The Form Of A Range, The Minimum Value Of The Range Representing The Estimated Value Of The Present Procedure According To Which The Offers Will Be Evaluated, And The Maximum Value Represents The Estimated Value That Also Contains The Value Of Possible Additions Based On The Review Clause By 50%. The Price Of The Items That Will Be Purchased Additionally Based On The Revision Clause Will Be That Of The Financial Proposal That Is The Basis Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract (Adjusted As The Case May Be According To The Adjustment Formula), The Time Period In Which This Option Will Be Used By The Prospective Purchaser: For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract.
