The Investment Project Is Prepared In Scope And Content According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Design Must Also Comply With: Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021 For Determining The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities, Ordinance No. 7/15.12.2004 On Energy Efficiency Of Buildings, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation. The Investment Project Should Be Clarified To The Extent That All Types Of Construction Work Can Be Carried Out, As Well As Design Solutions That Guarantee Compliance With The Construction Requirements Under Article 169 Of The Construction Act.
