It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Support And Development Of The Ekis System Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications (Ekis Iii). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Support For The Operation And Development Of The Ekis System, Which Includes In Particular The Following Performance: • Provision Of Takeover Services Consisting In The Takeover Of The Existing Ekis System Incl. Existing Interfaces, Based On The Takeover Plan Developed By The Selected Supplier, I.E. The New Provider (Hereinafter Referred To As The System Takeover Service); • Provision Of Operational Support Services For The Operation Of The Ekis System, Incl. Monitoring, In Particular To Ensure High Availability Of The System, Providing Administration And Maintenance Of The System And Support For Its Users, Ensuring The Implementation Of Relevant Legal Changes In The Form Of Patching And Installing Updates Of Sw Packages Issued By The Sw Supplier, Including Possible Customization To The Clients Environment And According To The Sw Suppliers Recommendations, And Ensuring Support For System Operation (Hereinafter Referred To As Flat-Rate Services); • Provision Of Services Of Extended Support For Users Of The Ekis System, Services Of Development Of The Ekis System According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Throughout The Duration Of The Contractual Relationship, And Other Services Based On The Orders Of The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As Services To Order). • Provision Of Exit Services Associated With The Final Termination Of The Provision Of Services And Consisting In The Preparation And Handing Over Of The Ekis System To The Future New Provider At The End Of The Contractual Relationship Between The Contracting Authority And The Supplier With Whom The Contract For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Concluded (Hereinafter Referred To As The Termination Service). (System Takeover Service, Flat-Rate Services, On-Order Services And Termination Service Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Services). The Detailed Specification Of The Services, Including The Method Of Their Performance And The Relevant Conditions, Is Set Out In Appendix B – Binding Sample Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Agreement” Or “Binding Sample Agreement”) And In Appendix B1 – Technical Specification.
