Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – Operation Of Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations In Various Buildings In The City Of Versailles, The Communal Social Action Center (Ccas) Of Versailles And The Versailles Grand Parc Urban Community (Ca Vgp). The Consultation, Launched Via A Group Of Orders Coordinated By The City Of Versailles, Concerns A Pf Type Operating Market (Service And Package) For Certain Sites Covered By The Contract, And Pfi (With Profit-Sharing) For The Rest Of The Sites, Without Supply Of Fuel. The Services Are As Follows: P2 (Maintenance, Operation, Monitoring And Control Of Technical Installations, Including Supply Of Water Treatment Products), P3ger (Major Maintenance, Renewal And Total Guarantee Of Installations), P5 (Accessory Works), And P3p (Imposed Works). They Consist Of A Fixed, Lump Sum Part (P2, P3ger, P3p) And A Purchase Order Part (Tiling Period, P5). Duration Of The Contract: 5 Years And 7 Months From Notification, Renewable Twice For 1 Year. Maximum Overall Amount: 8,572,300 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Over The Overall Duration (Including Renewals), All Services Combined And All Entities In The Order Group Included
