The Procurement Services Of The City Of Turkus Corporate Administration Are Requesting Bids For The Low-Threshold Individual Mental Well-Being Training To Be Procured For The Cities Of Kaarina, Paraisten, Salo And Turku In Accordance With This Call For Tenders For The Period 1.1.2027 (Target) - 31.12.2028, As Well As An Option To Extend The Contract For The Period 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030. The Contract Will Be Concluded With One Supplier From January 1, 2027 (Target). The Object Of The Procurement Is Proactive, Low-Threshold, Individual Mental Well-Being Training For The Staff. The Need Is Related To Supporting The Ability To Work At An Early Stage, The Diversification Of Careers And Partly Also The Prevention Of Absences. The Goal Is That Mental Well-Being Training Started At A Sufficiently Early Stage Could In Some Cases Also Prevent Absenteeism Due To Mental Health Reasons. The Object Of The Procurement Is Specifically Early Stage Preventive Support At The Stage When A Change In Working Capacity Is Detected. Appendix 2 Describes The Background Of The Procurement Object, The Need, The Goals And The Process Of Managing Work Ability. The Estimated Amount Of The Service Is 50 Customers/Year (City Of Turku) And A Total Of 50 Customers/Year For The Other Regional Municipalities Under Procurement, I.E. The Estimated Total Volume Is A Total Of 100 Customers/Year. Each Customer Is Given 5 Coaching Sessions Of Individual Coaching And The Duration Of One Coaching Session Is About 45 Minutes. The Estimated Amount In Total Is Therefore 500 Pieces Of Coaching / Year And 1000 Pieces For The Entire Contract Period (2 Years). The Estimated Volume Requirement For The Option Period 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2030 Is Training For 200 Customers (Calculated For 2 Years), I.E. A Total Of 500 Trainings Per Option Year And 1000 For The Entire Option Period (2 Years). The Option Is About The Subscribers Right, Not Obligation. A Separate Procurement Decision Will Be Made Regarding The Introduction Of The Option. The Offered Service Must Meet All The Criteria And Requirements Set For The Procurement Target In The Tender Request. An Open Procedure Is Used As The Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To A Specific Procurement Value Or Quantity.
