The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Is To Supply Trophies, Cups And Medals Awarded By The Provence-Alpes-Côte Dazur Region As Prizes During Various Events: Sporting Events And Regional Competitions In Particular. Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded With An Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Terms And Conditions For Issuing Purchase Orders Appear In The Ccap The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Minimum Annual Amount Of 5,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 90,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Allotment Would Be Likely To Make The Execution Of The Contract Technically And Financially More Complex, Particularly With Regard To The Requirements For Qualitative And Aesthetic Consistency Of Supplies, The Deadline Constraints Linked To Sporting Events And The Necessary Coordination Of Deliveries. The Use Of A Single Market Thus Makes It Possible To Ensure Better Execution, Without Compromising The Principles Of Freedom Of Access To Public Procurement, Equal Treatment Of Candidates And Transparency Of Procedures. The Framework Agreement Is Not In Installments
