Due To The Strategic Nature Of The Supplies, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Emergency Fuel Reserves, Understood As A Storage Capacity Secured In The Terminal/Tax Warehouse/Fuel Depot Corresponding To A Minimum Amount Close To The Monthly Demand Of The Ordering Party (Pb-40 M³, On-80M³), Which Will Be Activated In The Event Of Logistic Difficulties Or Blocking Of Fuel Supplies To The Terminal/Depot. The Reserve Will Be Stored/Stored In A Terminal/Depot/Fuel Depot Supervised By An Entity Holding A License For The Storage Of Liquid Fuels Issued By The Energy Regulatory Office.
