The Object Of The Purchase Is The Pharmacys Sterile Microbiological Culture Media, Which Are Used In A Clean Room Environment For Controlling The Manufacturing Processes Of Sterile Medicinal Products And For Testing Aseptic Work Methods. The Acquisition Includes Especially Tryptone Soya Broth-Based Media In Different Packaging Forms, As Well As Sterile Vials Suitable For The Use Of Media. Some Of The Products Are Intended To Be Used With An Automation Robot, In Which Case The Products Must Meet The Dimensioning Requirements Defined In A Separate Appendix. More Detailed Content Of The Procurement, Products, Packaging Requirements And Consumption Quantities Are Presented In The Appendix Products And Prices. The Tenderer Must Offer All The Products Included In The Comparison Presented In The Appendix. The Declared Consumption Amounts Are Estimates, And They Do Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Purchasing Unit. The Contract Period Is Estimated To Be From 1 October 2026 To 30 September 2028. The Contract Can Be Extended With Two One-Year Option Periods. The Procurement Quantities Indicated In The Request For Tenders Are Estimated Consumption Quantities For One Year And They Are Notified To Bidders Only To Support The Submission Of The Tender. The Procurement Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Procurement Entity, But The Actual Consumption May Be Higher Or Lower.
