Property Planning According To Par. 34 Hoai, Service Phases 2-9 For The New Construction Of The Equipment House For The Allach Volunteer Fire Department. On The Undeveloped Part Of The Property At Eversbuschstrasse 134, A Replacement Location With A Caretakers Apartment For The Munich Volunteer Fire Department, Allach Department, Is To Be Built On The Approximately 3,000 M2 Site. The Areas Required By The User In An Approved Space Program Show A Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 900 M2 (Including Caretakers Apartment). Property And Urban Development Goals: The Property To Be Developed Is Located In Allach At The Intersection Of Eversbuschstrasse And Höcherstrasse. It Is Within The Scope Of A Simple B Plan. The Construction Space Is Limited By A Rear Building Boundary And A Front Building Line. According To The Zoning Plan, It Is A Community Area For Security, Adjacent To A Community Area For Education, Religion And Residential Areas.
