The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Supplier (Without Renewal Of The Competition), The Subject Of Which Will Be The Framework Regulation Of The Conditions For The Regular Supply Of Connecting And Assembly Material (Screws, Nuts, Washers, Cotter Pins, Etc.) And Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. Connecting And Assembly Material Will Be Supplied To The Client On The Basis Of Partial Purchase Contracts Concluded According To The Framework Agreement. A Consignment Warehouse Will Be Set Up And Operated By The Selected Supplier For The Part Of The Connecting And Assembly Material Specified In The Tender Conditions.
