Financial Transaction Processing And Clearing-House Services – Provision Of Card Transaction Mediation Services. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Accepting Electronic Fare Payments By Bank Payment Cards, Using Existing Technical Means Owned By The Contracting Authority And Contracted Odis Carriers, Which The Contracting Authority Can Use On The Basis Of A Contractual Relationship. The Supplier, As An Integrator And Creator Of The Sw System, Will Mediate This Request Using The Services Of Its Partner Bank (I.E. An Institution With The Relevant Authorization To Provide Banking Services In The Territory Of The Czech Republic) And At Its Own Expense, To The Extent Agreed In The Contract, Will Ensure The Implementation Of Fare Payment Functions By Bank Payment Cards Into The System, Arrange With The Bank A Sufficiently Qualified Service For Clearing Fare Payments Paid By Bank Payment Cards, And Ensure That These Payments From Passengers Are Remitted By The Bank To An Account Held By The Bank Bank Set Up By The Client. This Created Account Will Be Free Of Charge, I.E. The Client Will Not Be Charged Any Fees For Its Use In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract. Fees To Card Companies Are Part Of The Remuneration Of The Selected Supplier, I.E. Will Not Be Charged Separately To The Contracting Authority.
