The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement, Based On The General Terms And Conditions And Swk, In Particular: A) Supervision Over The Design, Verification Of The Design Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Verification Of The Results Of Control Calculations In Order To Find Possible Errors, B) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of The Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, C) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Respect With The Ordering Party, Including, Among Others: With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch, D) Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Procedures Contained In The Current Requirements/Guidelines For Investments Co-Financed From Eu Funds And Current Procedures Of The Beneficiary Of Feniks Projects For Gddkia, E) Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participating In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Any Defects/Defects Identified In The Inspections Warranty, Under The Concluded Contract, F) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, G) Supervising Design Work And Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Contract, Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Awarded On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law. The Value Of The Contract Is Between: 144,000 And 10,000,000 Eur.
