Construction Work – Reconstruction Of Culvert No. P29800 On Road Iii/1951 In Horná Breznica. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Culvert No. P29800 On Road Iii/1951 In Horná Breznica In Accordance With The Measurement Report, Project Documentation And Draft Contract, Which Form The Appendices Of These Tender Documents. The Proposed Culvert Is Made Of Concrete Pipes With A Minimum Permissible Vertical Peak Load Of 100 Kn/Bm Dn 800 Mm In A Longitudinal Slope Of 6%. For The Culvert Itself, Concrete Neck Pipes Are Used With A Length Of 3.0 M - 1 Piece, 2.5 M - 2 Pieces And 2 M - 2 Pieces. The Outermost 3-Meter And 2-Meter Pipes Are Adapted To The Shape Of The Inlet And Outlet Objects. The Pipes Will Be Placed In The Trench On Concrete Sleepers, Which Should Be Part Of The Delivery Of The Pipes. After Laying The Pipes, The Lower Part Of The Pipes Is Concreted To A Height Of 400 Mm With C12/15 Concrete. The Bed Must Be Divided By Expansion Joints, Which Are Placed Under The Pipe Joints At Distances Of Max. 6.00 M. The Inlet Object Is Designed As A Sludge Pit With Internal Floor Plan Dimensions Of 1.0*2.3 M And A Height Of 3.15 M. The Thickness Of The Board And Walls Is 300 Mm. The Sludge Pit Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete C30/37 – Cx4, Xf4 (Sk) – Cl0.4 Dmax 22 (Stn En 206-1). At The Bottom Of The Sludge Pit, There Is A 200 Mm Thick Quarry Stone Pavement With M2.5 Cement Mortar Grouting Into 100 Mm Thick C12/15 Concrete. The Inflow Into The Pit Is From The Road Ditch On Both Sides, And The Third Inflow Is From A Dn 400 Plastic Pipe, Which Is Led From The Space Above The Road. The Walls At The Inlet From The Ditches Will Be Adjusted To The Shape Of The Ditches. The Ditches In Front Of The Inlet On Both Sides Should Be Strengthened At Least On A Length Of 2 M With Quarry Stone In A Concrete Bed. The Outlet Into The Concrete Pipe Dn 800 Is 550 Mm Above The Bottom Of The Pit. At The Outlet, The Pipe Is Cut Into The Shape Of A Road Slope And Is Placed On A 400*600 Mm Concrete Base Made Of C30/37 Concrete. A Threshold (C30/37) Will Be Concreted In Front Of The Foundation, Which Will Have An Anti-Erosion Function. The Slope With A Width Of 2.6 M And 1 M Above The Top Of The Pipe Will Be Strengthened With Quarry Stone In A Concrete Bed (C12/15) 100 Mm Thick With Grouting With Cement Mortar M2.5. A Concrete Foundation Will Be Placed Under The Entire Width Of The Reinforcement, Like Under A Pipe. The End Pipe Protrudes 100 Mm Above The Quarry Stone Cladding. Below The Outlet From The Culvert, The Slope Will Be Strengthened Based On The Investors Request With A Heavy Stone Screed Made Of Quarry Stone Weighing Up To 100 Kg And Sprinkled With Quarry Stone Of A Fraction Of 16-32 Mm.
