The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Complete Documentation And Obtain, Among Others: A) Arrangements For The Construction Design (Including The Necessary Opinions And Consents Of The Authorities) Made On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party - Including In Particular Representing The Ordering Party Before The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments (Wkz) And Obtaining Its Permits And Arrangements, Filing An Objection), C) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), D) Bills Of Quantities Covering The Necessary Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Study, E) Investors Cost Estimate, F) Information On Health And Safety (Bioz), G) Written Declaration Of The Authorized Designer And Designer Verifying That The Documentation Was Prepared In Accordance With The Contract, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And That It Is Issued Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose, For Which It Is To Be Used, H) Other Necessary Materials And Studies.
