The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services That Are Necessary For The Operation, Maintenance And Development Of The River Information Services System Slovris (Hereinafter Referred To As Is) In Order To Ensure The Proper Operability And Further Development Of The Is In Order To Ensure The Availability Of River Information Services On The Waterways Of The Slovak Republic In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation And The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority. The Successful Bidder Will, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract And In This Document, Provide Services Including: - Maintenance, Service And Operational Support Services - Development Services - Reporting Services Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is, As Part Of The Is Development Services, On The Basis Of A Properly Issued Order From The Public Contracting Authority, Also Cover The Need For The Delivery Of Software To The System, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Software Thus Delivered And The Delivery Of Relevant Licenses Without Territorial And Time Limitations For The Entire Period Of The Systems Existence (Works) As A Whole, To An Unlimited Extent (Especially For An Unlimited Number Of Devices And Users); To All Known Ways Of Using The Work For Such Computer Program And Providing Source Codes For Such Software. The Period Of Service Provision Is 24 Months With The Option For The Public Contracting Authority To Extend The Duration Of The Contract By 12 (Twelve) Months Under The Same Contractual Conditions, Including Price Conditions. (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract) For Reasons Of Protection Of Confidential Information, The Public Contracting Authority In Public Procurement Applies The Procedure According To § 43 Par. 4 Of The Act On Public Procurement. With Reference To The Nature Of The Documents Required For The Preparation Of The Offer, These Are Divided Into Public And Non-Public Parts Of The Tender Documents. The Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Offer, Which Form The Non-Public Part, Will Be Provided To Interested Parties On The Basis Of A Signed Agreement On The Exchange Of Confidential Information (Nda), Which Forms Annex No. 11 Tender Materials.
