The Unit Mainly Produces 24-Hour Serviced Housing, Which Includes All Meals Of The Day (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack/Afternoon Coffee, Dinner And Evening Snack) As Well As Communal Serviced Housing, Where The Customer Chooses The Meal Package They Have Purchased. The Ratio Of Service Products May Vary During The Contract Period. The Unit Serves Meals Every Day Of The Year. Meals Are Offered From Breakfast To Dinner. There Are Approximately 146 Diners Every Day. The Supplier Produces Meal Services Safely, The Food Must Promote Health, Well-Being And Functional Ability, But Also Give Joy. The Supplier Must Boldly Develop The Meal Service To Meet The Needs Of The Moment And The Future. In Its Operations, The Supplier Follows The Nutritional Recommendations For The Elderly That Are In Force At Any Given Time. The Procurement Unit Will Select One (1) Supplier Who Will Be Responsible For The Overall Production Of Meal Services For The Tikkurila Elderly Center.
