Pursuant To Art. 156 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party, In Annex No. 2 To The Opiw - Description Of The Ordering Partys Needs, Indicates The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or The Implementation Of The Contract, Which Are Not Subject To Negotiations And Which All Offers Must Meet. 3.2. Pursuant To Art. 164 Of The Public Procurement Law, Offer Negotiations Cannot Lead To Changes In The Minimum Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Vi Validity Period For The Offer (Applies To The Final Offer) The Ordering Party Will Specify The Validity Period For The Final Offer In The Swz, Which Will Be Forwarded To The Contractors After Negotiations, Together With The Invitation To Submit The Final Offer. Chapter Vii Point 3. Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract 3.1. Contractors May Jointly Apply For The Contract. In Such A Case, The Contractors Appoint A Representative To Represent Them In The Contract Award Procedure Or To Represent Them In The Procedure And Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract. 3.2. Any Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract Is Not Allowed To Participate In More Than One Group Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of The Contract. It Is Also Unacceptable For Any Of The Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract To Submit At The Same Time An Application To Participate In The Procedure Or An Individual Offer As Well As Within A Group Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract. 3.3. Partners Of A Civil Partnership Are Treated As Contractors Submitting An Application To Participate In The Proceedings Or A Joint Offer. 4. Subcontractors 4.1. The Ordering Party Allows The Participation Of Subcontractors In The Execution Of The Order. 4.2. Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Part (Scope) Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 4.3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Subcontractor, The Part (Scope) Of The Order Indicated To Be Performed By The Subcontractor, Or Introducing A New Subcontractor At The Stage Of Order Execution. 4.4. If The Offer Does Not Indicate The Part (Scope) Of The Order Entrusted To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Does Not Entrust Any Part (Scope) Of The Order To Subcontractors. 4.5. Pursuant To Art. 462 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party May Request That, Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Provides The Names, Contact Details And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In The Execution Of The Order Or Suppliers Participating In The Execution Of The Order, If They Are Already Known.
