The Welfare Area Of Central Uusimaa (Hereinafter: Keusote) Implements The Procurement Of Outpatient Care And Social And Health Services For The Elderly Using An Alliance Model. In Terms Of Ambulatory Care And Social And Health Services For The Elderly, The Alliance Focuses On A Population Base Of Approx. 100,000 Inhabitants. The Procurement Is Part Of The Welfare Area Programs Productivity And Economy Program And Aims To Renew The Production Structure Of Services Using An Alliance Model. The Principle Of The Alliance Is A Multiproductivity Model, Where Services Are Produced Together With The Public And Private Sectors. The Project Is Part Of The Development Of Keusotes Service Network, Which Improves The Quality Of The Services Offered To Customers, Solves Operational Challenges And Curbs The Growth Of Costs. Strengthening The Quality And Effectiveness Of Services Keusote Is Requesting Your Application For Participation In The Tender For The Procurement Of Ambulatory Care And Social And Health Services For The Elderly Using An Alliance Model. The Procurement Is Tendered In Accordance With The Act On Public Procurement And License Agreements (1397/2016, Hereafter Procurement Act). It Is A Social And Health Service In Accordance With Appendix E Referred To In Section 107 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Procedure Is A Competitive Negotiation Procedure According To Section 36 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Procedure Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1: Call For Negotiations And Summary Of The Procurement Process. The Service Must Be Produced At Least In Finnish. The Areas Of Hyvinkää And Nurmijärvi Municipalities Are Planned As The Implementation Area Of The Alliance. The Preliminary Planned Schedule For The Contract Is 1.2.2027-31.12.2036, Of Which The Preliminary Schedule For The Development Phase Is 1.2.2027-31.7.2027 And The Preliminary Schedule For The Service Phase Is 1.8.2027-31.12.2036.
