The Regional Government Of The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area Has Decided To Organize A Procurement Tender For The Rental Space Of The Housing Unit For Mental Health And Substance Abuse Rehabilitators, The Goal Of Which Is To Rent Functional, Safe, Efficient And Economic Premises That Meet The Needs Of The Future In The City Of Lahti For The Production Of Similar Housing Services For The Mental Health And Substance Abuse Rehabilitators Of The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Long-Term Rental Of A Building Within The Scope Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016), When The Leased Premises Are Implemented In Accordance With The Definitions And Requirements Of The Procuring Entity. The Procurement Includes The Rental Of A Building Suitable For Providing Community Housing For Mental Health And Substance Abuse Rehabilitators As Well As Round-The-Clock Service Housing, Implemented On A Turnkey Basis, And Ready For Use. The Facilities Must Meet The Requirements Of The Tender Documents. More Detailed Content Of The Procurement, Areas Of Responsibility And Definitions Of The Required Facilities Can Be Seen In The Request For Tender And In The Documents Attached To The Request For Tender. Based On The Competition, The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area Selects One Lessor To Be Responsible For The Implementation And Rental Of The Housing Unit For Mental Health And Substance Abuse Rehabilitation In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Rental Object Must Be Ready And Approved By The Building Control Authority, Checked For Commissioning And Approved In Writing By The Tenant For Commissioning No Later Than August 15, 2028. The Lessor Must Start The Work According To The Construction/Implementation Phase Without Delay After The Building Permits Become Legally Binding, But No Later Than August 1, 2027. The Rental Period Is Limited To 20 Years. The Rental Period Continues After The 20-Year Fixed-Term Rental Contract Period, Valid Until Further Notice, With A Notice Period Of 12 Months On Both Sides.
