The Childrens Home Was Built 10 Years Ago, It Is An Independent Organizational Unit And Is Also Not The Subject Of The Intended Measures. In Addition To Examining A Functional Arrangement Of Usage Units In Terms Of Building Law, The Task Was To Examine Feasibility In Construction Phases With A View To Maintaining Trouble-Free School Operations. The Result Of The Feasibility Study Is Available In A Report Dated March 12, 2025. The Basis Of The Study Was A Space Program Provided For The School And The Special Education Day Care Center (Hpt). According To The Results Of The Feasibility Study, 4,960 M² Of Existing Buildings Are To Be Demolished, 14,320 M² Are To Be Built And 5,980 M² Are To Be Renovated.
