The Contract To Be Concluded Includes The Following Activities For The Purpose Of Consolidating And Rehabilitating The C3 Body Related To The Pitesti Diagnostic And Treatment Center: A) Design Services, Consisting Of: - Elaboration Of The Technical Project With Details Of Execution (Including Specifications For Specialties) For Construction Works, Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; - Elaboration Of The Safety And Health Plan During The Design Phase And For The Development Of Works At Construction Sites According To Hg 300/2006 With Subsequent Updates And Modifications; - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Period Of The Works, At The Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By Isc And During The Guarantee Period Granted To The Work; - Elaboration Of As-Built Technical Project. B) Execution Of Works For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Project To Be Carried Out, The Technical Prescriptions And The Standards In Force, Consisting Of: Structural/Resistance Works, Architectural Works, Sanitary, Electrical, Thermal, Hvac, Gas Installation Works, Etc. The Detailed Description Of The Works Is Available In D.A.L.I., Written Pieces And Drawn Pieces, Which Is Part Of The Documentation For Awarding The Works Execution Contract, Posted In Seap. In Application Of The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Conjunction With Art. 103 Para.
