C Segment With A Station Wagon Body And A Hybrid Drive. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Maximum Of 50 Police Vehicles Marked With Min. C Segment With M1 Category Body, Station Wagon Type With Hybrid Drive. The Working Designation Of The Car Is Vehicle. 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - All Requirements For The Ordered Vehicles Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification). 3) The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicles To The Ordering Partys Warehouse In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109. Transport Costs Are Borne By The Contractor. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For Each Delivered Vehicle In Accordance With The Data Contained In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification), But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. 5) Requirements Related To Warranty Repairs And Maintenance Services Are Described In Annex 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification). 6) For Each Delivered Vehicle, The Contractor Must Attach The Documents (Prepared In Polish) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Technical Specification - P. Viii.1.3). 7) The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Described In The Order Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
