Postal Services Related To Letters – Measurement Of Letter Transit Times. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Independent Implementation Of The National Transit Time Measurement For Letters. The Order Includes Checking Compliance With The Service Offering Of The Regulatory Key Figures (Letter E+1 And Letter E+3 Individual Items) As Well As The Internal Applications (A And B Post Individual Items). The Service Must Be Provided In Compliance With The Postal Legislation (Pg, Sr 783.0, Article 15) And The Postal Regulations (Vpg, Sr 783.01, Article 32) And Ensures Annual Reporting To The Postal Regulatory Authority Postcom. In Addition, The Measurement Provides Central And Independent Information For Internal Quality Assurance.
