The Scope Of This Tender Consists Of Supplying External Staff On A Self-Employed Basis And Other External Staff On A Secondment Basis (Via Second-Order Suppliers) On The Basis Of A: • Hiring Request With A Competing Preferred Candidate. • Hiring Request Without Competing Preferred Candidate. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Assignment Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Total Costs For Hiring External Staff On A Self-Employed Basis And Other External Staff On A Secondment Basis (Via Second-Order Suppliers) Amounted To Approximately € 2,200,000.00 Excluding Vat In 2024 And Approximately € 2,800,000.00 Excluding Vat In 2025. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Estimated Assignment Value Of € 3,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year, I.E. € 18,000,000.00 Excluding Vat Based On The Entire Term Of Six (6) Years. Please Note: The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Include A Maximum Order Value Or Maximum Quantity For The Agreement. However, There Is A Margin Of Uncertainty (Possible Growth, Unforeseen Developments That Are Not Predictable, Development Of New Programs, New Participants), Which Cannot Be Quantified In Advance. The Contracting Authority Therefore Wishes To Distinguish Between The Estimated Contract Value (The Expectation) Stated Above And The Maximum Contract Value / Maximum Quantity Of The Intended Agreement. The Estimated Contract Value Is Indicative, Amounts To € 18,000,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Based On A Term Of Six (6) Years. The Maximum Order Value Is € 36,000,000.00 Excluding Vat And Is Also Based On A Term Of Six (6) Years. When Determining The Maximum Order Value, Account Is Taken Of The Possible Circumstance That The Scope Of The Deliveries And/Or Services Is (Substantially) Higher Than Expected According To The Estimated Order Value. If The Maximum Order Value/Quantity Is Exceeded, The Agreement Will End And It Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Above Amounts, Which Means That It Cannot Be Stated With Certainty That The Estimated And/Or Maximum Order Value Will Actually Be Purchased During The Term Of The Agreement.
