The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Conducting A Nationwide Survey Using Two Research Methods: Cati Among Individual And Institutional Clients Of Pup And Individual Clients Of Employment Agencies And Cawi Among Institutional And Individual Clients Of Wup As Part Of The Research Project Entitled: Development And Implementation Of A Uniform Quality Standard For The Functioning Of Public Employment Services And Its Monitoring System Co-Financed By The Esf Under The European Funds For Social Development Program. The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Implement A Uniform Quality Standard For The Functioning Of Psz In The Period 01/03/2026 - 31/01/2029 Stj, Taking Into Account Universal Design With A Module For Servicing People With Disabilities (Ozn) And A Description Of The Functionality Of The It Tool Enabling Monitoring The Effectiveness Of The Standard, So That Each Psz Client Receives High-Quality Services That Will Respond To Their Needs.
