The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For Plovdiv Municipality Sites, From A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, To Supply Net Active Electrical Energy With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Total Estimated Quantity For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Contracting Authoritys Sites For A Period Of One Year Is ≈ 25,000.00 Mwh, And For Four Years It Is ≈ 100,000.00 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Public Procurement, And Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It. During The Execution Of The Order, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply And The Continuous Supply Of Electricity With The Quality And In The Order Provided For In The Law On Energy And The Applicable Normative Acts Governing Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee, Pikee, By-Laws, Etc.) Should Be Ensured. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specifications - An Integral Part Of The Documentation, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Established Rules In The Field Of Energy.​​​​​​
