Supporting And Auxiliary Transport Services; Travel Agencies Services – 2026-1004910_Munich Airport_ Services In The Area Of Passenger Support In Terminal 2. Services In The Area Of Passenger Support And Control In Terminal 2 At Munich Airport The Time Frame Covers 365 Operating Days Per Year. The Daily Operating Time Window Is From 4:30 A.M. To 11:30 P.M. Within This Framework, The Service Is Provided In Defined Time Windows That Are Based On The Traffic Volume, Peak Times And The Phases Relevant To The Minimum Connecting Time (Minimum Connecting Time, Mct). Deviations Or Adjustments To Operating Times Within The Agreed Service Framework Are Permitted And Are Based On The Operational Requirements (Flight Schedule Adjustments, Peak Times) Of The Border Control And Passenger Flow Processes. In This Case, The Client Requires A Potential Performance Adjustment Based On The Daily Planning As The Basis For The Calculation As Follows: - Performance Adjustments With An Extent Of Up To +/- 10% Must Be Implemented At Short Notice (< 48 Hours) - Performance Adjustments With An Extent Of +/- 10% - 25% Must Be Implemented Within 4 Weeks. - Performance Adjustments > +/- 25% Must Be Implemented Within 6 Weeks. The Expected Quantity Structure (Planned Values) Includes The Type Of Day (E.G. Regular Operation, High-Load Operation, The Respective Time Window, The Number Of Service Staff Deployed And The Duration Of Deployment Per Time Window. In High-Load And Special Periods, Increased Personnel Deployment May Be Necessary. The Contractor Must React Flexibly To The Special Performance Requirements. The Contractor Must Ensure That, Within The Agreed Performance Framework, He Is Able To: - Make Short-Term Adjustments To Deployment Levels. - Focus Performance On Particularly Stressed Process Locations - To Provide Priority Support To Time-Critical Changeovers. Adjustments To The Quantity Structure Are Made: - As Required, - Agreed Between The Client And The Contractor, - Without Justifying A Minimum Purchase Obligation. The Only Relevant Items For Billing Are: - The Actual Deployment Times, - The Deployments Confirmed By Proof Of Performance.
