Repair And Maintenance Services - Performance Of Subscription Service Of Stair Platforms For People With Disabilities, Installed In Subways Of The City Of Varna And, If Necessary, Repair And Delivery Of Spare Parts. Upon Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Subscription Service, Maintenance, If Necessary, Repair And Supply Of Spare Parts For 55 Stair Platforms For People With Disabilities, Installed In Subways Of The City Of Varna, In Order To Ensure Their Safe Operation, According To A Detailed Technical Specification /Appendix No. 1/. The Subscription Service Includes: 1. Provision Of 24-Hour Continuous Emergency Service On The Platforms, Including Weekends And Holidays - To Help Passengers In Case Of Emergency Stop, To Provide Assistance In Case Of Accidents And Accidents And To Stop The Platforms In Case Of Malfunctions. Including: The Contractor Provides Assistance To Passengers In The Event Of An Emergency Stop On A Platform Within 30 Minutes Of Notification; The Contractor Carries Out Emergency Maintenance Of The Facilities Within 1 Hour Of Receiving A Signal For An Emergency Stop Of A Platform, In Cases Where There Is No Signal For The Release Of Passengers; 2. Daily Functional Checks Of The Technical Condition, Checking Of The Electrical Supply, Movement, Checking Of Buttonholes And Remote Control, Cleaning Of Vegetation In The Movement Area. 3. Technical Service - Lubrication Of The Moving Parts Of The Equipment, Replacement Of Their Batteries (If Necessary), Charging Of Batteries, Repair And Replacement Of Defective Parts. The Subscription Service Of The Stair Platforms Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions. Consumables That Will Be Used During Servicing - Oils, Greases And Batteries Will Be Paid For By The Employer. The Contractor Is Also Committed To Maintaining The Connection Cable Of The Facility - From The Electricity Meter Panel (Power Point) To The Facility Itself. The Contractor Participates Together With Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Regional Administrations In Weekly Inspections To Check The Functionality And Technical Condition Of The Platforms And A Finding Report Is Drawn Up. When Non-Working Equipment Is Found, The Contractor Undertakes To Repair It In Accordance With The Contract.
