The City Of Grevenbroich Is Planning To Expand The Gebrüder Grimm School In Grevenbroich In Order To Ensure The Legal Right To Full-Day Care In A Timely Manner. The Project Envisages A Combination Of New Construction Measures (Construction Of A Cafeteria) And Renovation And Conversion Measures In The Existing Building (Expansion From Three To Four Trains). The Measure Essentially Serves To Expand All-Day Education And Care Offerings For Children Of Primary School Age, To Build A New Large Cafeteria (Kitchen, Dining Room, Adjoining Rooms), To Create Four-Room Seating For A Total Of Around 480 Students, To Build/Create New Classrooms And Differentiation Rooms, And To Create An Overall Heat/Energy Concept For All Buildings And A Significant Reduction In Energy Consumption. The Aim Is To Implement A Modern All-Day School As Part Of An Overall Concept That Optimizes Sustainability And Energy Efficiency. The Entire School Grounds Are Barrier-Free. Since The Construction Work Is Taking Place While Maintaining Ongoing School Operations, Detailed Construction Phase Planning, Taking Into Account Necessary Interim Measures, Is Absolutely Necessary. The Estimated Total Costs For The Expansion Include Cost Groups 200 To 700 According To Din 276 And Currently Amount To Approximately Eur 6,460,000 (Net). The Subject Of The Present Award Procedure Are The Services Of Specialist Planning (Performance Profile Of Technical Equipment - Hls) In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai Of Service Phases 3 To 9, Each With Corresponding Special Services (System Groups 1, 2 And 3).
