The Subject Of The Order Is: Periodic Inspection Of Hydrotechnical Structures Pursuant To The Construction Law In The Area Of ​​Operation Of Zz 2. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Periodic Inspections Of The Technical Condition And Safety Of Hydrotechnical Structures And Accompanying Facilities, In Accordance With Art. 62 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Construction Law. The Order Includes: - Annual, - Five-Year Inspections, For The Facilities Indicated In The Opz, Separately For Each Facility. 3. The Scope Of The Inspections, The Method Of Carrying Them Out And Detailed Requirements Regarding Documentation, Including Protocols And Photographic Documentation, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Inspection Reports For Each Facility, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And Applicable Law. 5. Documentation From The Inspections Carried Out Will Be Prepared And Provided To The Ordering Party In The Form And Number Of Copies Specified In The Opz. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
