The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of The X-Ray System, Including Accessories, For Pnkm, Its Installation And Commissioning, According To The Minimum Technical Conditions Listed In Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, Including The Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service, And The Implementation Of Pnkm Staff Training. The Client Requires A Guarantee Of At Least 24 Months. More Detailed Requirements And Specifications Are Included In Annexes No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Min. Technical Requirements) And Annexes No. 4 And 5 (Draft Contracts). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Must Be New, Unused, Not Refurbished, Not Mortgaged, Not Loaned, Not Encumbered By Leasing Or Other Legal Defects, Manufactured In 2025 Or Later, And Must Not Infringe Any Third Party Rights To A Patent Or Other Form Of Intellectual Property.
