The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Order. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. Deliveries Under The Option Right Will Be Made By The Contractor On The Basis Of Separate Orders Issued By The It Services Center, At Prices And Conditions The Same As The Basic Order. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Number Of It Equipment During The Order Completion Period May Increase By 100% Of The Basic Order For Each Part. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete Or Not Fully Complete The Purchase Of It Equipment Under The Option Right, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 9. Equivalent Solutions: Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art.
