Design: The Subject Of The Present Assignment Is The Preparation Of An Investment Project In Phase Technical In All Necessary Parts, According To The Technical Specification (Appendix 1) To This Order, According To Zut And Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, As Well As According To An Opinion Issued By The National Institute For Immovable Cultural Heritage. 2. Construction And Assembly Works (Smr): Implementation Of Smr According To The Technical Project And Work Details, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account Smr, Necessary For The Issuance Of A Use Permit According To The Regulatory Requirements. 3. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project; 4. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 5. Notifying The Contracting Authority Of The Need For Additional Design; 6. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 7. Implementation Of Copyright Supervision; 8. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction - Acts And Protocols In The Construction Process And Preparation Of Executive Documentation; 9. Participation In The Procedure For Issuing A Permit For The Use Of The Building; 10. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 11. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Contract.
