Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services - Provision Of Tickets For Air Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage With An Airline For Domestic And International Travel, Medical Insurance And, If Necessary, Ground Transportation Abroad And Hotel Reservations. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Quality Services For The Provision Of Air Tickets For The Transport Of Passengers And Luggage For Domestic And Foreign Travel, The Provision Of Medical Insurance And, If Necessary, Ground Transport Abroad And Hotel Reservations, For The Needs Of The Prosecutors Office Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, The National Investigation Service, The European Delegated Prosecutors In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Administration Of The European Delegated Prosecutors. 1. Requests For Providing Plane Tickets, Medical Insurance, Ground Transportation Abroad And Hotel Reservations Are Sent In Writing By E-Mail Or Fax To The Contractors Employees Designated For This Purpose, And During Non-Working Hours And Verbally By Phone.; 2. The Contractor Must Ensure The Possibility Of Accepting Requests At Any Time Of The Day And For Their Implementation, Including In Extraordinary Circumstances, During Non-Working Hours, As Well As On Weekends And Holidays.; 3. The Contractor Should Perform An Online Check-In And Select A Preferred Seat Before The Trip; 4. When Determining The Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All Airline Discounts Valid On The Date Of The Trip (Weekly Stay, Weekend Rule, Seasonal Discounts, Minimum Stay And Other Promotions), Bonus Programs, As Well As Preferential Conditions That The Airlines Offer Based On Concluded Agreements. 5. The Contractor Must Ensure The Provision Of Medical Insurance With Assistance For Foreign Trips With The Required Minimums Of Insurance Value. If Necessary And At The Explicit Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Shall Provide Additional Insurance Services Against Payment Of An Insurance Premium, Namely Insurance Covering Travel Cancellation And Travel Shortening/Extending Risks Due To Reasons Related To Covid-19 And/Or Other Events Arising From Global Circumstances. If Necessary And At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Must Provide Hotel Reservations In The Country And Abroad, In Accordance With The Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Amount Of Accommodation Expenses According To Appendix No. 2 Of The Ordinance On Business Trips And Specializations Abroad And The Ordinance On Business Trips In The Country. 6. At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Delivers, At His Own Expense, The Airline Tickets, Medical Insurance, Tickets For Ground Transport Abroad And Vouchers For Hotel Accommodation To The Address Of The Contracting Authority: Sofia, Vitosha Blvd. No. 2 Or Sofia, Sveta Nedelya Square No. 1, Together With The Relevant Protocols And Invoices.; 7. The Contractor Must Strictly Observe And Guarantee The Principles Of Complete Confidentiality (Including Protection Of Personal Data) Regarding The Trips (Passengers, Dates, Routes, Carriers, Etc.) And Not Provide Information To Third Parties Without The Express Written Permission Of The Employer; 8. The Participant Should Work With A Global Reservation And Sales System
