Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management Missions Relating To Enclosed And Covered Works (Major Repairs) Across The Entire Valophis Group Assets. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months. It Can Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times Per Period Of 12 Months Under The Conditions Provided For In The Ccap Without Its Duration Exceeding 48 Months. The Execution Time For The Services Will Be Indicated In Each Order Form Depending On The Services To Be Carried Out. The Execution Of The Services Begins From The Date Fixed In The Order Form Or Failing That From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Form By The Holder. The Execution Time For Orders As Well As Any Other Element Essential To Their Execution Are Set In The Conditions Of The Ccap. Purchase Orders Will Be Issued As Needed.
