The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In The Annex To The Specifications. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Between 165,289.26 Lei And 1,239,669.42 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed Within The Term Provided For In Section I.3 (20 Days) 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, In Accordance With Prev. Art. 160 And 161 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions Open Online Auction, With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Four Years. The Frequency Of Concluding Subsequent Contracts Is A Minimum Of Two Subsequent Contracts Per Year, Within The Limits Of The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Approved Budget Funds. The Maximum Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 198,347.11 Lei Without Vat And The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 41,322.31 Lei Without Vat
