General Public Services – Management, Consulting And Event Services In The Forest & Wood Cluster Baden-Württemberg. The Subject Of The Tender Is A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Management, Consulting And Event Services For The Forestry And Wood Cluster For The State Of Baden-Württemberg. The Contents Of The Framework Agreement Are Divided Into The Following Service Modules: 1. Forestry And Wood Cluster Management - The Operational Implementation And Further Development Of Network Work Along The Forestry And Wood Value Chain, 2. Forestry And Wood Events - The Implementation Of Information, Networking And Specialist Events In This Topic Complex, 3. Overarching Services Services For Module 1 Forestry And Wood Cluster Management Are Remunerated On An Hourly Basis, While The Remuneration For Services For Module 2 Forestry And Wood Events With The Exception Of Format 2.2 Complex Event Formats And Module 3 Superordinate Services Are Provided As A Flat Rate. Like Module 1, Remuneration For Module 2.2 Complex Event Formats Is Also Paid On An Hourly Basis. The Specific Design Of The Measures With Regard To The Focus Of Content And Scope As Well As The Scheduling Of The Services Requested Is Carried Out Through An Annual Work Plan For The Following Year Of The Framework Agreement, Which Is Agreed With The Client. For This Purpose, So-Called Annual Discussions Are Planned (See Module 3). Before The Framework Agreement Period Begins, A Discussion On The First Year Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Held In Autumn 2026 (See Module 3). Further Requests For Services By The Client During The Year Are Possible.
