The Basic Services In Service Phases 1-3 Or 4 Are Awarded In Accordance With Sections 18 And 23 Hoai In Conjunction With Annexes 2 Or 4 And 9 Hoai As Well As The Additionally Required Special Services, See Annex 2 To The Contract. For The Service Content, Please Refer To Aho Booklet 42. The Tender Is Carried Out In Lots: Lot 1: Planning Services For The New Development Of The Land Use Plan, Lot 2: Planning Services For The New Preparation Of The Landscape Plan. According To The Merger Law, The Municipality Is Obliged To Draw Up Its Own Land Use Plan By January 1, 2028.
