Graphic Design Services – Framework Agreement For The Appointment Of A Team In Charge Of The Graphics Of Brochures Published By The University Of Liège. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Appoint A Team In Charge Of The Graphics And Layout Of The Brochures Published By The University Of Liège. It Concerns The Redesign Of Information Brochures On Current Studies As Well As The Creation Of New Information Brochures On Studies. The Creation And Adaptation Of Other Institutional Brochures Published By Uliège Are Also Concerned By This Market. Common Information For Both Types Of Brochures In The First Year Of The Contract, The Bidder Must Create:  A Graphic Line Common To All Information Brochures On Studies  A Graphic Line Common To All Institutional Brochures. These Graphic Lines May Be Different And Stand Out Slightly Depending On The Target Audience (Mostly Young People Aged 16 To 18 For Info-Study Brochures – Adult/Older Audiences For Institutional Brochures), But Must Be Consistent With Each Other. Institutional Brochures Will Overall Have A Simpler And More Sober Structure Than Educational Brochures. The First Year Will Also Be Devoted To Redesigning The Brochures Listed Below Based On This New Graphic Line. The Following Years Are Devoted To Updating The Content Of The Brochures Or To The Creation Of New Brochures. The Content Is Provided By Uliège; The Layout Must Be Done By The Graphic Designers Designated By This Contract. Most Brochures Are Written In French; Some, Less Numerous, Are Available In English. Information Brochures On Studies 15 Brochures Are Concerned:  11 Faculty Brochures (From 44 To 96 Pages)  1 Transversal Brochure “Future Bachelor Student” (+/- 36 Pages)  1 Transversal Brochure “Future Master Student” (+/- 36 Pages)  1 Transversal Brochure “Future Graduate” (+/- 16 Pages)  1 Transversal Brochure “Studying At The University Of Liège” (+/- 30 Pages) Other Brochures Could Be Created During The Market. For The Information Brochures On The Studies Listed Above, A Complete Overhaul Must Be Carried Out In The First Year Of The Market. The Following Years Are Devoted To Updating The Brochures According To The Evolution Of The Course Programs. B. Institutional Brochures Each Year, The Following Brochure Must Be Published:  Annual Research-Innovation Report (+/- 32-36 Pages) Every 2 Years, The Following Brochure Must Be Published:  Uliège Activity Report (Between 50 And 100 Pages) Other Brochures On Themes Or One-Off Events Must Also Be Created During The Market.  Uliège Strategic Plan (+/- 28 Pages)  Uliège Presentation Brochure (+/- 16 Pages)  Roadmaps – Different Types (From 10 To 30 Pages)  Uliège Service Presentation Brochures (+/- 16 Pages) Other Brochures Could Be Created During The Market.
