The Defense Materiel And Procurement Agency (Hereafter Fmi) Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Regarding The Supply Of Bottled Gas And Associated Services, Including The Ongoing Purchase Of Cylinders And The Exchange Of Empty Gas Cylinders For Filled Gas Cylinders. The Supplied Gases Are Primarily Used In Connection With Exercise Activities, Including Cooking, Grilling, Heating, Catering, Grounds Care, Weed Control, Etc. It Is Expected That Fmi Will Make A Major Purchase Of Bottles At The Start Of The Agreement, After Which The Need Will Primarily Include Replacement During The Term Of The Agreement.
