The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Regular Daily Transportation Services For School Children In The Polzela Municipality For 2 School Years (From 2026/2027 To 2027/2028), For 10 Routes. In The 2026/2027 School Year, Children Will Start Lessons At 8:20 A.M., Which Means That Student Drivers Must Be At School Between 7:50 A.M. And 8:10 A.M. Pre-Hours (Compulsory And Optional Electives, Complementary, Additional Classes, Interesting Activities) Will Start At 7:30, Which Means That Students Will Have To Be Drivers Who Will Attend This Class At School At 7:15. Due To The Flexible Curriculum, Compulsory And Optional Optional Subjects And Interesting Activities, The Students Will Finish The Lesson Between 12.40 Pm And Approximately 2.45 Pm Each Day. The Final Timetables Regarding Breaks, The Start Of Classes And The End Of Classes Will Be Agreed Between The Selected Contractor And Polzela Elementary School, Based On The Needs Of The Elementary School. The Provider Must Provide: - A Sufficient Number Of Means Of Transport, At Least As Much As Is Necessary For The Tendered Transport And Of Such Size As Required By The Number Of Schoolchildren And Road Conditions In The Area Of ​​The Municipality Of Polzela, - The Possibility Of Changing The Schedules Of Arrivals And Departures, - The Possibility Of Determining New Routes, Entry And Exit Points, - The Possibility Of Changing The Lists Of Pupils. The Transporter Agrees On The Timetable During The School Year With The Principal Or An Authorized Employee Of The School For Which He Provides Transport. The Client Reserves The Right To Change Relations And Any Other Changes In Accordance With The Needs Of The School And Students. The Public Contract Is Awarded As A Whole And Is Not Divided Into Lots. Bidders Must Submit A Bid For The Entire Public Procurement.
