The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Be Included In The Annex To The Announcement Of The Minister Of Health On The List Of Reimbursed Medicines, Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses And Medical Devices, Current As Of The Deadline For Submitting Offers, In Tab B: Drugs Available Under The Drug Program. The Ordering Party Also Requires That The Price Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract Should Not Be Higher Than The Financing Limit Given In The Above Attachment To The Announcement Of The Minister Of Health. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Gross Price Of The Offered Medicines Should Not Be Higher Than Their Gross Wholesale Price Specified In Tab B Of The Annex To The Reimbursement Announcement Of The Minister Of Health.
