Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Redesign Of School Grounds. For The Redesign Of The School Grounds, The Following Contents Must Be Taken Into Account As Components Of The Planning Services To Be Awarded: - Redesign Of The School Grounds Including Equipment And Furniture With Play Areas, Seating, Bicycle Racks, Waste Containers, Etc., If Sensible, Then Reuse Existing Elements - Review/Revision/Reorganization Of The Access And Path Connections On The School Grounds - Revision Of The Existing Football Field For Break Use - Upgrading Of The Property Area To The Artur-Becker-Ring - Drainage Planning Including Existing Roof Drainage Systems (Rigole/Mulde/Seepage Shaft) - Barrier-Free Access To The Buildings And Open Spaces Must Be Ensured - Planning With Student Participation The Resulting Service Content As Special Services In The Performance Description Of The Planning Task Are: 1. Inventory, Assessment And Evaluation Of The Existing Substance: Drainage Systems, Components, Materials, Installations And The Trees And Vegetation To Be Protected And Preserved 2. Assessment Of Up To 15 Trees With A Felling Application 3. Preparation Of Instructions For Subsoil Investigation Including Analysis (For Disposal And In Preparation For Planning Rainwater Management) 4. Rainwater Management (Testing The Seepage Of Precipitation) 5. Preparation Of Flood Tests (Proof) Of The Outdoor Areas (Determination Of The Design Rainfall To Be Applied, The Required Retention Volume, The Existing Retention Volume In Coordination With The Client And In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Subsoil Report, Proof And Recommendations Of Measures To Increase Flood Safety) 6. Guiding Concept With Proof Of Accessibility 7. Participation Process For Users (A Participation Process Must Be Carried Out As Part Of The Preliminary Planning. An Initial Event Together With Teachers, After-School Teachers And Children/Young People On Site Records Essential Wishes. In A Final Event, The Planning Office Informs Everyone Involved About The Result/The Draft. For The Events, 5 Posters In A1 And 100 Flyers In A5 Are To Be Designed, Printed And Displayed In The School/After-School Center Or 8. Create Photo Documentation Of The Construction Project. The Eligible Construction Costs To Be Used To Determine The Fee For The Planning Services Are Determined In Accordance With Hoai As Part Of The Service Phase 3 Design Planning As A Cost Calculation And, As Long As This Is Not Available, Provisionally According To The Cost Estimate For Service Phase 2. However, Service Phases 2 And 3 For This Construction Project Can Only Be Carried Out By A Planning Office As Part Of The Commission After The Planning Services Have Been Put Out To Tender. According To The Rough Cost Estimate, Allowable Costs Of Eur 1,657,790.00 Net Can Be Assumed. For The Remuneration Of The Planning Services To Be Awarded, The Construction Project Will Be Based On The Current One
