Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Europe-Wide Awarding Of Specialist Planning Services For Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 14.1 For Service Phases 1 To 6 For The Further Development Of The Lehenbach School. The Lehenbachschule Winterbach Is A Primary And Community School With A Central Location In The Community. The School Consists Of Four Buildings. The Renovated Old Building, On The Top Floor Of Which Houses All-Day Care For Primary School Children, The Pavilion Building And The New All-Day Building (Canteen On The Ground Floor), Which Was Built As Part Of The Establishment Of All-Day Operations In Secondary School I, Together With The Renovated Rectorate Building And The Large Playground, Form A Campus-Like Unit. In The Course Of Demographic Developments And A Changed Demand Structure, The School Needs Within The Community Of Winterbach Have Changed. Together With The School Management, The Community Initiated The Further Development Of The Lehenbach School. With The Further Development Of The Lehenbach School, The Municipality Of Winterbach Is Pursuing The Long-Term Goal Of Adapting The School Location To The Future Requirements Of A Modern Primary And Community School With All-Day And Childcare Options. The Basis For This Is The Results Of A Strategy Concept For Education And Care As Well As A Feasibility Study Based On It. These Have Shown An Additional Need For Teaching, Care, Lounge And Cafeteria Space. For This Reason, The Existing Building Is To Be Expanded, Restructured And Modernized. The Measures Serve The Functional And Structural Development Of The Entire School Campus And Are Intended To Create The Spatial Conditions For Modern School And Childcare Operations. The Implementation Takes Place During Ongoing School Operations And Therefore Requires Careful Planning And Organizational Coordination Of All Those Involved In The Project. Current Planning Status: The Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors Have Already Been Awarded As Part Of A Tendering Process. Based On The Results Of The Feasibility Study As Well As The Coordinated Requirements Of The Community, The School Management And The Care Facilities, The Commissioned Architectural Office Developed An Initial Preliminary Draft For The Further Structural Development Of The Lehenbach School. The Preliminary Draft Specifies The Planned Expansion, Conversion And Renovation Measures And Forms The Basis For The Integration And Commissioning Of Further Specialist Planning. In Particular, Structural Planning Should Be Integrated Into The Planning Process At An Early Stage In Order To Evaluate The Structural And Static Framework Conditions Of The Planned Measures And To Provide Technical Support For Further Design Development. At The Time The Structural Planning Services Were Put Out To Tender, The Preliminary Draft Was Still Being Voted On Politically. The Local Council Has Yet To Pass A Resolution On The Preliminary Draft And Is Expected To Take Place In September 2026. The Current Planning Status Therefore Serves As A Working Basis For Further Planning. Changes And Adjustments Resulting From The Consultations And Decisions
