The General Urban Plan Will Contain Written Parts And Drawn Parts And Will Be Elaborated In Accordance With The Guide On The Elaboration Methodology And Content - Framework Of The General Urban Plan - Indicative Gp038/99 Approved By Mlpat Order No. 13/N/1999 And According To Order No. 233/2016 For The Approval Of The Methodological Norms For The Application Of Law No. 350/2001 On Land Use Planning And Town Planning And On The Development And Updating Of Town Planning Documentation. The Local Urban Planning Regulation Related To P.U.G. Will Be Developed In Accordance With The Order For The Approval Of The Technical Regulation Guide For The Development And Approval Of Local Indicative Urban Planning Regulations Gm007, Approved By Ministerial Order No. 21/N/ 2000 Approved By The Ministry Of Public Works And Spatial Planning, In 2000. The Main Object Of The Contract Is The Development Of A New General Urban Plan Of The Siriu Municipality. The Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Contract Does Not Represent An Update, Update Or Revision Of An Existing Pug, But A New Urban Planning Documentation, Developed In Full According To The Requirements Of Order No. 233/2016 And Of This Task Book. Any Reference To Updating, Re-Updating Or Revisioning Within The Technical Proposal Will Be Considered Inconsistent With The Scope Of The Contract.
