Building Completion Work – Renovation Of St. Vincenz Hospital Diez - Electrical Installations. The Subject Of The Construction Work Is The Necessary Adaptation And Modernization Of The Building On All Floors While The Hospital Continues To Operate. Electrical Installations. With Regard To The Technical Building Equipment, Most Of The Electrical Installation Needs To Be Rebuilt. The Existing Electrical Installation Remains In Individual Areas And Must Be Connected. The List Of Services Is Divided Into Two Sections, Section 1 With The Electrical Installation For The Building Without The Central Emergency Room (Zna) Rooms On The Ground Floor. Section 2 Contains The Electrical Installation For The Rooms In The Central Emergency Room. The Renovation Will Take Place During Ongoing Hospital Operations. The Work Is Divided Into Construction Phases. After Completion Of The Individual Construction Phases, They Must Be Put Into Operation. The Construction Project Will Be Implemented In A Total Of 5 Consecutive Construction Phases. For This Reason, Continuous Work In The Individual Trades Is Not Possible.
