The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Pv) On The Roofs Of Three Buildings Owned By The Contracting Authority, Namely: A Cultural Center, A Municipal Office And A Primary School Specified In The Tender Documents, Including Full Commissioning In Accordance With The Tender Documents And Its Annexes And Energy Monitoring Of The Buildings, In The Form Of Design And Build. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore All Design And Engineering Activities, Technology Supply And Installation Construction Activities Required For The Full Operation Of The Pv Plant And Its Systems, Connection To The Distribution System And The Suppliers Commitment To Perform Pv Plant Warranty Service. Part Of The Fulfillment Is The Provision Of Community Sharing Of Excess Electricity Produced With Other Buildings Owned By The City.
