Architectural And Related Services – Study Of Renovation Of The Parsonage Site And Town Hall In Doel + Follow-Up Of Works Until Final Delivery. The Object Of The Assignment Is The Study Of The Renovation Of 2 Sites In The Village Of Doel: The Town Hall And The Parsonage. The Parsonage Consists Of 2 Buildings: A House And A Carriage House. Both Sites Must Be Given A New Destination According To The Project Definitions In The Appendix To This Contract. The Contractor Will Receive The Most Extensive Assignment, Including The Environmental Construction Works In The Private Part Around The Buildings. The Assignment Also Provides For Monitoring The Execution Of The Works Up To And Including Final Delivery. The Assignment Is Explained In Detail In Chapter 5 Of This Document, Namely The Technical Regulations. Both Sites Have Been Abandoned For A Long Time And Are In Very Poor Condition. Other Construction Projects Are Simultaneously Planned Or Ongoing In The Village, So Coordination Between The Different Projects May Be Useful. Both Sites Are Not On The List Of Protected Heritage, But Are On The Inventory Of Architectural Heritage. The Local Heritage Manager Is Involved In The Project And Will Advise During The Study Phase. The Sites Are Not Part Of A Protected Villagescape, Landscape Or Archaeological Zone.
